Workshop #1: The Designer’s Game of Life

Workshop Description: In this interactive workshop, students will be randomly grouped with an interior designer from CannonDesign and be briefed on the responsibilities and expectations of the project role they will perform. Participants will encounter real-world scenarios and challenges related to their project / firm roles and will consult with their designer mentor to come up with the most appropriate way to navigate various project and corporate-related challenges. The goal of this Workshop is to introduce the different avenues an interior designer can take as they progress in their career at an A&D firm and gain an understanding of the perspectives and responsibilities of team members of different experience levels.
